About Us

Om Buildconis a team of professionals with an active experience of more than three decades in the Realty Sector. Quality, affordability and timely delivery is the main focus of Om Buildcon along with the basics of nature such as fresh air, ample of sunlight and greenery. A home is a lifetime investment for many of us. We understand this and hence we ensure total transparency to our customers as we consider them partners in our goal.

The very next year, in 2020, the group launched its prestigious project “Shankeshwaram Residency” a unique residential project of 98 flats comprising of 2 and 3 BHK flats on the Gangadham Road. This was followed by “Shankeshwaram Plaza” a landmark commercial project offering 40000 sq.ft. of Commercial and Office Spaces. In the year 2022, the group started another commercial project “Sankeshwar Mall” in the heart of the city at Raviwar Peth.

The synergy amongst our renowned architects, designers and the core working team of Om Buildcon will always result in the creation of towering landmarks of excellence and innovation. Such ideas and thoughtful designs eventually transform houses to homes and commercial spaces to innovation centres. In the year 2010, the group commenced land development and trading around Pune and gradually expanded its activities into construction. In 2019, the group launched “Eastern Elegance”, a residential project of 160 units comprising of 1 and 2 BHK flats at Hadapsar.
